Convert, review, and prepare contact files
Start with CSV to vCard or vCard to CSV when you need to move contact fields between a spreadsheet and a VCF file. The Google Contacts and Outlook preparation tools focus on import-ready formats, including iPhone-oriented contact exports. Use the photo tools when you need to extract embedded contact photos or make a VCF file smaller by removing those embedded images.
For cleanup, Contact Duplicate Finder groups contacts only from exact email or phone signals and leaves the merge decision with you. Gmail Alias Duplicate Finder is narrower: it reviews Googlemail and Gmail dot or plus aliases while keeping other email providers as exact addresses.
