How it works
01
Add an email list and review any unreadable rows by their original line number.
02
Decide whether Gmail dots and plus tags should count as the same mailbox.
03
Every possible duplicate starts unselected; choose a group only after you have reviewed it.
Matching rules
Gmail and Googlemail addresses can refer to the same mailbox when their dots or plus tags differ. This tool can group those possible aliases with settings you control. It does not apply the same assumptions to Outlook, custom domains, or other providers; those addresses remain exact text matches. Downloading without selecting a group keeps all readable addresses in their original order.
