vCard to CSV Converter

Convert VCF and vCard contact files into an editable CSV directly in your browser.

Convert one or many vCard contacts

Supports common vCard 3.0 and 4.0 files from iPhone, Android, Apple Contacts, and other contact apps.

Your data is processed locally in your browser whenever supported and is not uploaded to our servers.

How it works

Create an editable CSV in three steps

01

Choose your vCard

Select a VCF file containing one or many contacts from your device.

02

Convert privately

The vCard is read and converted locally in your browser.

03

Open the CSV

Download contacts.csv and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet app.

Contact data preserved

Turn complex vCards into readable columns.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, addresses, birthdays, categories, notes, and extra properties are carried into the CSV.

vCard 3.0 and 4.0

Reads common VCF files from iPhone, Android, Apple Contacts, and other contact apps.

Multiple contacts

Converts every recoverable contact in one vCard file into its own CSV row.

Extra properties preserved

Unrecognized populated properties are written to dedicated Field and Value columns.

Local processing

Your vCard stays in your browser and is not uploaded for conversion.

FAQ

Common questions

Can this convert an iPhone contacts export?

Yes. Choose the VCF file exported or shared from iPhone or Apple Contacts. Apple-specific extra properties are preserved in the CSV when possible.

Can one VCF contain multiple contacts?

Yes. Each vCard contact is converted into a separate row in the downloaded CSV.

What happens if part of the vCard is malformed?

The converter attempts to recover complete contact data and shows any formatting repairs or parser warnings before download.

Does Got A Tool upload my contacts?

No. The supported conversion runs locally in your browser, so your vCard is not sent to our server.
