Keep batch work easy to review
A watermark is added to a new copy of each readable document. If one PDF is protected, damaged, or has a page-range issue, it does not block the other files in the batch.
Use a page range carefully
Start with all for a consistent mark on every page. For cover pages or selected sections, enter a page number or range such as 1, 3-5. Check the finished document before sharing it.

PDF watermark questions
Can I watermark more than one PDF?
Yes. Add up to 20 PDFs in one batch. Each readable PDF is processed separately and the completed files are collected in one ZIP download.
Can I choose only certain pages?
Yes. Use all for every page, or enter a selection such as 1, 3-5. The same selection is checked against each PDF, and a file with an out-of-range page is reported without stopping the others.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Watermarking and ZIP creation happen in your browser. Got A Tool does not receive or store your files.
What happens to password-protected PDFs?
The tool does not ask for or remove passwords. A protected or unreadable file is shown by name in the review list while other readable PDFs continue.
Does this change my original file?
No. The original PDF remains on your device. The tool creates a new file ending in -watermarked.pdf for each successful result.
