URL Parser & Query Inspector

Inspect an absolute URL, its encoded parts, and repeated query parameters locally without making a request.

Local URL inspection. This page parses pasted text in your browser. It never opens, fetches, or requests the URL you enter.

0 / 20,000 characters

No network request. The tool reads URL syntax only. It does not check whether the destination exists, redirects, or is safe to visit.

Retention
The tool's working state is kept only while this page is open. Inputs and results are not saved to persistent storage by Got A Tool.
Export
The tool may prepare a result after you run it. It downloads or copies it only when you choose that action.

Advertising and analytics are separate site services. We do not send selected tool input to them. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

How it works

Read URL structure without opening a destination

01

Paste an absolute URL

Include the protocol, such as https://, so each part can be parsed consistently.

02

Inspect the parts

Review the normalized address, host, path, fragment, and every query parameter.

03

Compare carefully

Use the visible fields to review tracking links or configuration values before sharing them.

Clear limit

Parsing is not a safety check.

The browser URL parser separates address components locally. It does not open the destination, follow redirects, inspect page content, or judge whether a URL is safe. Treat the output as a review aid, not a security verdict.

No request

The destination is never fetched.

Repeated keys

Each repeated query key stays visible.

Encoded paths

The original pathname encoding is preserved.

Local parsing

Pasted URLs remain in your tab.
