How do I build UTM links from a CSV?
Upload a CSV with named columns, map your destination URL and campaign columns, validate the rows, then download the valid tagged links as a new CSV file.
Does the tool preserve parameters already in my URLs?
Yes. Non-UTM query parameters and URL fragments are preserved. Existing utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content values are replaced by the mapped CSV values.
What happens when an optional UTM column is not mapped?
The matching optional UTM parameter is removed from each output URL. This prevents a destination URL from keeping stale term or content values.
What happens to invalid CSV rows?
The results identify every invalid row by its original CSV row number. Invalid rows are not included in the downloaded file, so you can correct them in the source and run the file again.
Are campaign details uploaded?
No. CSV parsing, URL validation, UTM generation, and CSV download happen locally in your browser. Got A Tool does not receive or store your file or campaign values.
