When to use it
Repair a CSV without silently deleting questionable rows
Use this tool when a CSV has a broken quote, a different number of columns on one row, or inconsistent delimiter handling. It does not guess how a damaged row should be repaired. Instead, valid rows are normalized with the selected delimiter and problem rows are placed in a separate quarantine file so you can correct them in the original context.

Which delimiters are supported?
Choose comma, semicolon, or tab. Selecting the delimiter explicitly avoids silently treating one file format as another.
What is in the quarantine CSV?
Each problem row includes its source row number, the reason it needs review, and the original raw row text.
Can I download results when every row needs review?
Yes. In that case the ZIP contains the quarantine CSV so you can work through every reported row.
Does the tool fix unmatched quotes automatically?
No. An unmatched quote is reported for review. The tool does not invent missing quote marks or values.
Is my CSV uploaded?
No. Reading, checking, normalization, and ZIP creation happen locally in your browser.
