Bulk QR code questions

How do I create QR codes from a CSV?

Choose a CSV with a header row, select the column that contains your text or links, then validate it. Download creates one SVG QR code for every valid row in a ZIP file.

What happens when a CSV row is invalid?

The tool identifies the original row number and does not include that row in the ZIP. Empty cells and values that cannot fit inside a QR code are flagged before download.

Which CSV column can I use?

You can choose any named column. Use a URL column for links, a product identifier for labels, or a text column for plain-text QR codes.

Why are the downloaded QR codes SVG files?

SVG is a vector image format, so each QR code stays sharp when printed or placed in a design at any size. Most design and office applications can import SVG files.

Are my CSV values uploaded?

No. CSV parsing, validation, QR generation, and ZIP creation all run locally in your browser. Got A Tool does not receive or save the file or its contents.
