Bulk Barcode Label Sheet Generator
Create calibrated Avery 5160 or A4 barcode label sheets from a CSV with product quantities.
Up to 500 rows or 5 MB. Add an optional quantity column to create the exact number of labels you need.
Your data is processed locally in your browser whenever supported and is not uploaded to our servers.
How it works
Print the right number of barcode labels
01
Map your CSV
Choose the barcode column, plus optional product name and quantity columns.
02
Review every row
EAN-13 and UPC-A checksum failures show their original CSV row and are never added to the PDF.
03
Test, adjust, print
Choose a fixed sheet template, use X/Y offsets for a test print, then download the complete PDF.
Example
Quantities become labels without manual row duplication.
A CSV containing SKU-A with quantity 3, SKU-B with quantity 1, and SKU-C with quantity 5 creates nine labels in that order. The total is shown before download, so a missing quantity is visible before you print.
Questions
Before you print
Which label sheets are supported?
This version supports Avery 5160 Letter sheets with 30 labels and a fixed A4 24-up sheet with 63.5 × 33.9 mm labels.
How do the X and Y offsets work?
They move every label by the same millimetre amount. Print a test on plain paper first, then use a small adjustment if your printer feeds the sheet slightly off centre.
What happens to an invalid EAN-13 or UPC-A barcode?
The row is listed with its source row number and excluded from the PDF. Code 128 accepts text values and does not use a GS1 checksum.
Are my inventory CSV and labels uploaded?
No. Parsing, validation, barcode rendering, and PDF creation run in your browser.
